If it comes in the form, there are a variety of ways to measure your success. A few come to mind are: the extent of brake calipers, the mirror, a tape measure and body fat.
Here are a few things to consider when dealing with these four devices and why the mirror should be your guide.
1. The Scale
The scale is probably the most commonly used device when it comes to those fitness tracking progress. And while the scale may seem like a good idea to use, I can not. Endure
Why?
The scale is in my opinion, it is terrible because you are on your weight. And weight, my friend, is not your concern … should be at least it is not.
Instead you should focus on building quality muscle. The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn period. Therefore, muscle is more important than weight.
Another reason is the scale sucks, because it does not always show your progress, and can be fatal. The reason is that the scale does not take into account the amount of fat or have the amount of muscle you have to take.
You see, you can notice the quality of building your muscles under layers of fat, without it. It’s just a matter of time (as long as you consistently) before the muscle begins to show.
If you used the scale to find out you were not losing weight, then you can exit. This is not the answer. The answer is staring you right in the face … and in retrospect … what we’ll get to in a minute.
2. A tape measure
The tape measure should be monitored by the list of gadgets in addition to your progress. Unlike the magnitude, I like the measuring tape.
It allows you to track your progress, taking into account the amount of fat and muscle you have in certain areas (such as your waist will become smaller when the fat melts away).
The only drawback I see to be with a tape measure, it takes time. And while this should not be discouraged from measurements (measurements, there really are an asset), I steer away from activities that time, when my progress without having to take time length involved.
And relax the fastest way to progress … Length, we have to get there.
3. Body Fat Calipers
One of the least-used equipment for tracking progress is the body fat caliper. This apparatus is simple to use and will definitely give you an accurate reading of where you are.
But it takes longer than the other two possibilities, and you know how I feel about that. And sometimes a little help with calipers, requires that you might not always have access.
As for me is to use the device that leads to easies, finds no additional time to use, requires no one helps you, and is the only true motivation …
4. The Mirror
The mirror is my all time favorite device to track progress. It’s easy, I know, but do not be fooled.
Here’s why I love the mirror:
a. It takes no more time or support for the use
Unlike the measuring tape and body fat caliper, the mirror does not require even more time. You can simply look at the mirror in order to see the results.
Which brings me to the next reason why I love the mirror introduces …
b. He does not lie
The mirror does not lie. It reflects back to you as you show (not a trick mirror please).
Now it is his most naked, if you yourself in the mirror.
Why? Since you can not hide the fact from the mirror. And that brings me to my final point brings why I love the mirror …
c. It is the only true motivation
The mirror shows all and tells no one. You can trust in your mirror … I promise.
